Well now its whole different story and I could say **** hit the fan. Tried to push card gently up, down etc, didnt change anything, I tried stopping both fans but it didnt eliminate it totally, I think stopping the fan further from back display ports makes it less hearable than stopping the one closer to disp ports.

I dont want to mess with the card too much it sits very firmly in my motherboard(Asus H170 Plus) and is secured to case with two screws, I dont see any cables touching the fans inside the card and cables around card arent either in much of a contact(still removing them didnt change anything). Here is recording of it, its not great quality but I think you can clearly hear it, in recording up until something around 1.10 seconds I was changing fan speed between off and around 40-45% after that it were higher speeds but its not great quality so.
#Asus g751jt sound vibration Pc#
I found something pretty bad, some kind of vibration, buzzing when fans are spinning, its present even on lowest speeds but rest of pc fans are kind of hiding it but from around 40% of fans speed it becomes very clear, most hearable around 40-60% of speed, after that fans are become loud enough to mask it a little bit.

First off my card has buzzing under load, I am aware of that and this topic isnt about it, its related purely to fan speeds as I did testing with msi afterburner with card idle.
